2019 Summer Season

Practices

Sign Up for NCST

Practices begin Monday May 6th and end mid-July at the conference championships. Please see the meet schedule at the bottom of this page.  We are working on a special meet that is outside our league for this summer.

While most swimmers will swim with other athletes their age, sometimes swimmers will be asked to swim up or down a level to practice will other swimmers in their skill range. All swim meets are based on age depending on the Age Up Date set by our swim league.

Please note, we will be seeking volunteers to help with concessions, timing and marshalling at the home meets. Volunteer forms will be online as the meets get closer.

Note: Every season we have to balance the training groups depending on who signs up. It’s possible you trained with a different group last season and will be moved up or down this season. We won’t know until everyone has registered, but please be flexible. We want to keep similar ability and ages together.
