First Practice Tomorrow Night

It’s finally here, NCST Winter Season starts tomorrow night.

Welcome back returning swimmers, hello to new swimmers!

Here are some things you need to know:

Practice Times

  • Gold Group – 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Silver Group – 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM
  • Bronze Group – 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Note: Every season we have to balance the training groups depending on who signs up. It’s possible you trained with a different group last season and will be moved up or down this season. We won’t know until everyone has registered, but please be flexible. We want to keep similar ability and ages together.

Getting into the Routine

Please bear with us this first couple weeks. Several coaches are continuing training for the State Swim meet.  We’ll have some substitute coaches until we settle in. Likewise, the first couple weeks are pretty crazy until everyone gets into a routine.

Athletes should meet in the alcove by the shallow end of the pool, ready to swim at their appropriate start times.  Coaches will meet the athletes there.

Parents are welcome to sit in the pool balcony and watch practice.

Special Note About Wednesday’s Practice

On Wednesday, Bronze and Silver groups should come ready to swim.  There will be a special Varsity swim meet wrappig up as we are starting and the locker rooms may not be immediately available.

Don’t Forget

Bring your goggles, your suit, your towel, your great attitude.  Parents make sure you check (like actually inspect) for all these things after each practice because stuff disappears.

It’s going to be a great season!  See you tomorrow night!

New Swimmer Evaluations Next Week

Practices Start In 2 Weeks!

Don’t forget, if you are a new swimmer to NCST, you must attend a new swimmer evaluation next week.  These are drop in evaluations, you won’t be there the whole time.

You only need to attend new swimmer evaluations if you are a new swimmer or you want to sign up in person.

Our Northview Varsity Girls Team has a home swim meet tonight!  And it’s Senior Night!  Several of our beloved coaches are Seniors this year, come celebrate with them!

Everyone else, sign up online!
